Telangana is currently experiencing cold weather conditions, similar to those in North India. Many parts of the state were covered in fog on Friday morning, and the cold winds from the east and south-east are making it difficult for people. Heavy fog was observed in joint districts such as Adilabad, Khammam, Nalgonda, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, and Medak. The weather department predicts that similar conditions will continue on Saturday.
The temperatures in the state are also dropping day by day. Kohir in Sangareddy district recorded the lowest temperature at 8.9 degrees on Wednesday night. Other areas like Sirpur (U) in Asifabad district, Sonala in Adilabad district, and Reddypalli in Rangareddy district recorded temperatures of 10.8 degrees, 10.9 degrees, and 11.1 degrees respectively. Adilabad had the highest temperature at 31.3 degrees, which is 2.7 degrees above normal. In the remaining districts, the temperature decreased slightly.
