    Telangana DGP Ravi Gupta urges public to unite in the battle against drug abuse

    Telangana DGP Ravi Gupta has given a strong warning to drug suppliers and users in the state. The government is determined to make the state free from drugs, and anyone involved in drug use or supply will face strict legal action, according to DGP Gupta.

    Taking to his Twitter handle, DGP wrote, “The Telangana government has resolved to make Telangana a drug-free state. Let’s all come together to eliminate drugs from our state. All drug peddlers and consumers are warned in this regard. Stringent legal action will be taken against those who violate the law. Let’s join hands to get rid of drugs.”

    In order to address the drug-related issues in the state, the Telangana government, which appointed Ravi Gupta as DGP, is preparing to tackle the drug problem. Since becoming DGP, Gupta has emphasized the importance of collaboration between the police and the public to fight against drugs.
