    Asifabad: After the inauguration of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office in the district, Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao unveiled the statue of a freedom fighter, Gonda Veerudu, who was also a warrior in the Telangana Armed Struggle, at Kumram Bheem Chowrasta in the district center. Following this, floral tributes were paid to the statue by adorning it with a garland. In this context, Chief Minister KCR was accompanied by Home Minister Mahmood Ali, Devadaya branch minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy, CS Santosh Kumar, and other government officials.

    In Kaspetla Children’s Park, a statue of Kotnak Bhimrao was unveiled, and tributes were paid by offering garlands. Later, the community of integrated offices in the district was inaugurated, aimed at providing employment opportunities to the locals. The beneficiaries in the district were also handed over certificates. Following this, a lunch was served, and in the evening, a public meeting was held in an open-air auditorium.
