The BRS party office, Telangana Bhavan, looked empty on Sunday as party activists stayed away due to the poor election results. The usually lively Telangana Bhavan had very few supporters in the morning, but they left once they saw that the party was falling behind in the election trends.

The party’s minority leader, Inayat Ali Baqri, claimed that the Congress party misled the people of Telangana with their guarantee card. He said that within a year or after the Parliament elections, people would realize that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s schemes were actually good and that Congress played tricks. Baqri also admitted that minority leaders made mistakes by not effectively promoting the government schemes. Only a few leaders were present at the office when BRS working President KT Rama Rao held a press conference.
