    Key Violations Discovered:

    • Live cockroach infestation was observed inside the kitchen, presenting a major health hazard.
    • Water seepage from the ceiling was found directly over the grinding area, posing a contamination risk.
    • The refrigerator doors were broken and joints rusted, while food articles stored inside were covered but not labelled.
    • Clogged drains and water stagnation were observed, contributing to unsanitary conditions.
    • Synthetic food colors were found in the kitchen, reportedly used for Chinese dishes, and were immediately discarded by the team.
