Delhi Court to Hear Wrestlers’ Appeal for Supervision on Brij Bhushan Singh Investigation

Today, the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi is all set to hear a case brought by protesting wrestlers to request oversight of the Delhi Police's investigation into the former head of the Wrestling Federation of India, Brij Bhushan Singh.
The wrestlers had requested to record the statement of the minor who had also allegedly faced assault.

Wrestlers’ protest attracts farmers who break barricades to join

Several farmers broke through police barricades on Monday to join the wrestlers' protest against Wrestling Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh here even as Delhi Police denied any untoward incident at the site. Purported videos showed farmers climbing the barricades and even dragging and pushing some of them away in a bid to enter the protest venue.

In the footage, BKU members can be seen attempting to climb over barricades in order to get to the protest site.
They were rushing to get to the dharna site and some of them climbed the access barricades, which they then knocked down and took down.
