Green Apple Awards | Aravind Kumar receives Green Apple Awards in London

The Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar received the Green Apple awards in London. The awards were presented for various projects including Moazzam Jahi Market, Secretariat, Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge, Police Command Control Center, and Yadagirigutta Temple. These awards were received under the International Beautiful Buildings category.

The recognition of these projects with these prestigious awards is a testament to the efforts of Telangana. This is the first time that a single state in Telangana has received awards in five different categories. Many congratulations to Harsha, who has played a vital role in bringing these awards to the state. Telangana has already received international recognition with awards like World Green City Award (2022), Tree City of the World Award (2021), and Living, Inclusion Award-Smart City Expo World Congress (2021).

Arvind Kumar expressed his gratitude for the honor of representing the Telangana government at the St. Paul Cathedral in London to receive the Green Apple awards in five different categories. He also acknowledged CBRE UK and Qatar for their achievements in this field.

Revanth Reddy | Revanth Reddy’s comments on Chinna Reddy attacking in Irakata

Revanth Reddy, the leader of the Congress party in Telangana, has made comments accusing Chinna Reddy, the President of the TPCC, of engaging in anti-Telangana activities even before the formation of the state. There are allegations that Chinna Reddy has conspired against Telangana from the time of his association with Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's padayatra, which was allegedly orchestrated by the Simon Commission. It is speculated that Chinna Reddy joined the Congress party only to become a minister in the Y.S. cabinet.

Chinna Reddy has been accused of betraying Telangana by indulging in anti-Telangana activities for the sake of a ministerial position. Revanth Reddy has repeatedly brought up this issue, but Chinna Reddy's associates are showing no concern about revisiting these matters. There are speculations that Revanth Reddy's anger is fueled by the fact that Chinna Reddy, who is currently the Chairman of the TPCC Education Committee, has not been suspended from the party against whom he has raised objections.
