TSRTC | Mahbubnagar Town/Kandhanolu, June 17: RTC is attracting passengers with innovative programs. RTC is making efforts to provide more comfort to the people. Another important decision has been taken to reduce the financial burden on women and the elderly during bus journeys. T-9 tickets have been introduced on Pallavelugu buses in several districts along with Hyderabad city buses like T 624, T-6, F-24. The posters related to this on Friday were unveiled by RTC MD Sajjanar in Hyderabad. This ticket is available across the state from today.

In Mahbubnagar district, there are 526 Pallabuses, including 204 high buses and 322 RTC buses. For example, Kothakota is 50 kilometers away from Mahbubnagar. Currently, a charge of Rs 60 is levied for kilometers. T-9 tickets have been introduced to provide travel facilities to women and the elderly at a lower cost. Women and the elderly who obtain this ticket receive a discount of Rs 20. Only those residing in Mahbubnagar region, apart from Kothakota, can pay passenger charges on Pallavelugu buses. If Rs 100 is paid, travel facilities are available within a radius of 60 kilometers. This ticket is valid from 9 am to 6 pm. T-9 tickets are available with bus conductors.
