The Telangana Junior Doctors Association will continue their strike as talks with the government were unsuccessful. The Health Minister approved budget release for stipends and mentioned regularisation for the following years. Hostel buildings, roads in KMC, and transport facilities in new medical colleges are awaiting sanction orders. Security issues are being addressed by coordinating with the Home Department.

The junior doctors met with the Director of Medical Education and discussed various issues. The Health Minister has committed to building a new structure for Osmania Hospital. The budget for stipends and other facilities will be reviewed periodically for any necessary changes.

Overall, the discussions between the junior doctors and the government did not result in a resolution, leading to the continuation of the strike. The government has pledged support for various projects and facilities in the medical sector, but concrete actions are still pending.
