The Telangana Junior Doctors Association (T-JUDA) has urged the state government to take strict action against illegal medical practitioners, also known as quacks. They demanded that no mercy be shown to such individuals and called for an immediate crackdown on them.

T-JUDA has asked the Department of Health and the Law Department to enforce stricter laws, make immediate arrests, and take harsh measures against quacks and their supporters. They emphasized that those who risk innocent lives with their lack of medical knowledge should receive the strictest punishment.

The association also strongly condemned the demands made by self-proclaimed Rural Medical Practitioners (RMPs) and Private Medical Practitioners (PMPs) who were protesting at Indira Park. According to T-JUDA, these individuals have no proper medical qualifications or certifications but are asking for legal recognition.

Additionally, the protesting quacks demanded that the Telangana State Medical Council (TGMC) stop conducting raids, prevent legal action, and halt arrests against them. T-JUDA criticized these demands, calling them an attempt to avoid responsibility for their dangerous and life-threatening medical practices.
