Nagar Kurnool District Collector, Badavath Santosh, has instructed that homeowners be informed in advance before survey teams visit their homes. This instruction was given during a review of the ongoing comprehensive household survey in Kollapur town. The survey aims to collect detailed information on various aspects such as social, economic, educational, employment, political, and caste-related data.
On Wednesday, Collector Santosh personally observed the survey process in Ward No. 19 of Kollapur town. He visited the residence of Marati Krishnaiah, where survey enumerators were collecting family details. During his visit, the Collector talked to the surveyors about the challenges they were facing and whether they were receiving cooperation from the residents.
The Collector emphasized the importance of notifying residents ahead of time and reviewed the survey forms being used. He advised the enumerators to use coding for accurate data entry and to be thorough in collecting information. He also directed them to check important documents like Aadhar and voter IDs to ensure the details are correct.
Collector Santosh stressed that the survey should be conducted carefully to avoid any mistakes. He urged the survey teams to speed up their work by visiting homes promptly. Additionally, he instructed supervisors to closely monitor the survey process to ensure that all information is accurately recorded.
The Collector was accompanied by RDO Bansi Lal, Municipal Commissioner Srinivas, Tahsildar Vishnuvardhan Rao, and other officials during the review.
