The Supreme Court has postponed the plea for anticipatory bail by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the FiberNet scam case. The bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela M Trivedi heard Naidu’s special leave petition against the Andhra Pradesh High Court’s decision to deny him anticipatory bail last month. The Supreme Court will continue the hearing on Naidu’s anticipatory bail on November 30.

In addition, the Court mentioned that it may announce its judgment on Naidu’s quash petition in the skill development case after the Diwali holidays. The Supreme Court will be on holiday from November 13 to 18 for Diwali.
