NEW DELHI: Manda Krishna Madiga, the founder president of Madiga Reservation Porata Samithi (MRPS), announced a significant victory for their 30-year struggle.

In 2004, Krishna Madiga had stated that justice would prevail and emphasized that injustice is only temporary. Recently, the Supreme Court confirmed that the power to classify lies with the states. The decision was made by a Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, with a 6:1 verdict on SC classification.
