The Supreme Court of India has decided not to intervene in the Telangana High Court’s orders regarding BRS leader K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). Following this decision, KTR chose to withdraw his petition to quash the case filed in the apex court.

This case is linked to the well-known Formula E-race scandal, where KTR has been listed as Accused No. 1 (A1). The allegations involve financial irregularities and mishandling of funds during the organization of the event.

As a result of the Supreme Court’s stance, KTR is now scheduled to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) tomorrow. This marks an important step in the ongoing investigation, as the ED intensifies its efforts to uncover more details about the case.

These developments carry significant political implications. KTR is a prominent figure in Telangana’s ruling BRS party, and the case is being closely watched by both the legal community and political observers.
