The Supreme Court issued some important orders on a petition filed by Sunitha, the daughter of YS Vivekananda Reddy. She challenged the interim orders of Telangana High Court and the respondents were given notices. The hearing of the case was adjourned until the next Monday. During the hearing, there were arguments between the lawyers of Sunitha and MP Avinash Reddy. Avinash’s lawyer warned that the CBI may arrest Avinash if the order is stayed. The Supreme Court stayed the order of the High Court and provided some relief by saying that no arrest should be made until further investigation on Monday.
