SunPlower Propeller, a renewable energy technology company, has achieved a major milestone by successfully testing its first customer pilot units on electric pole-street lamps at T-Works in Hyderabad. The innovative design of the SunPlower Propeller, with its low bending torque, has made this deployment possible and paves the way for a greener future in urban lighting.

The pilot units were tested at T-Works, a renowned prototyping center for hardware startups known for its state-of-the-art testing facilities and collaboration opportunities. Engineers and experts at T-Works closely collaborated with SunPlower’s research and development team to ensure the smooth integration and testing of the technology.

SunPlower and T-Works have a vision to create a sustainable future by building better transport and energy systems. They have developed the world’s first compact and scalable 360 degrees directional ‘radial wheel’ for power generation and thrust generation in both air and water. This propeller, called the SunPlower Propeller, can be used for wind power, hydro power, and thrust generation in air and water. It harnesses the power of renewable energy from wind currents produced by moving vehicles, pedestrians, and other urban activities.
