Panchayat Raj Minister Danasari Anasuya, also known as Seethakka, recently spoke at an event in Warangal. She mentioned that the Statehood heroes who were actively involved in the Telangana Movement will be recognized for their contributions. Seethakka criticized the BRS leadership for not acknowledging the efforts of those who played a significant role in the movement.

Seethakka highlighted that poets and artists were instrumental in rallying support for the Telangana Movement, but they were not given the respect they deserved by the BRS leadership. She specifically mentioned an incident where the chief minister at the time, K Chandrasekhar Rao, reportedly disrespected renowned balladeer Gaddar.
