The petrol and diesel prices for today, April 10th, 2023, have remained stable. According to the fuel prices in major cities across the country, the price of petrol in Delhi is currently at Rs. 96.72 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 89.62. In Hyderabad, petrol remains at Rs. 109.66 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 97.82 per litre. Meanwhile, in Chennai, petrol is priced at Rs. 102.65 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs. 94.24 per litre.
Moving on to Mumbai, the price of petrol per litre is Rs. 106.31 and diesel remains at Rs. 97,28 per litre. In Bangalore, petrol prices are at Rs. 101.94 per litre while diesel remains at Rs. 87.89 per litre.
India heavily relies on crude oil imports for petrol and diesel, meaning that fluctuations in crude prices can significantly impact fuel rates. However, other factors such as rising demand, government taxes, rupee-dollar depreciation and refinery concept ratio can also have an impact on domestic fuel prices.
