The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced that the evaluation of answer sheets for various exams will commence from April 13 onwards. The commission had earlier postponed the evaluation process due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The exams that will undergo evaluation include the Combined Graduate Level (CGL), Junior Engineer (JE), and Stenographer Grade C and D exams, among others. The commission has stated that all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the evaluators and staff involved in the process.

The SSC conducts various exams to recruit candidates for government jobs in different departments and ministries. The evaluation of answer sheets is a crucial step in the selection process, as it determines the final scores of the candidates. The commission had earlier conducted these exams in different shifts and dates, and the results were declared in stages. However, due to the pandemic, the evaluation process was delayed, causing anxiety among the candidates who were eagerly waiting for their results. With the resumption of the evaluation process, the candidates can expect their results to be declared soon.

The SSC has also announced that it will conduct the pending exams for the CGL, JE, and other exams from May 29 to June 7, 2021. The commission had earlier postponed these exams due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns. The candidates who have applied for these exams can download their admit cards from the official website of the SSC. The commission has advised the candidates to follow all Covid-19 protocols while appearing for the exams, such as wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and carrying sanitizers. With the resumption of exams and evaluation processes, the SSC has provided a ray of hope for the candidates who were affected by the pandemic-induced delays.
