    A two-day workshop on ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT) was held in Warangal by the Department of CSE of SR University (SRU). The workshop aimed to help students understand the real-time applications of IoT tools. Dr. S.R.N Reddy, a professor of computer science engineering with 20 years of teaching and research experience, was the key speaker.

    The workshop saw participation from 120 students who were made aware of the latest tools and technologies available in the software development industry. It also focused on real-world use cases and networking to enhance the students’ knowledge of IoT tools. The second day of the workshop emphasized hands-on learning to help students gain expertise in the field. Overall, the workshop provided valuable knowledge and experience to the participants.

    Dr. Shashikala Martha, the Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, spoke about how IoT has become an integral part of our rapidly evolving technological landscape and its impact on various industries. The Vice Chancellor of SR University, Prof. Deepak Garg, mentioned that they believe IoT has the potential to revolutionize industries and improve daily lives. The workshop aimed to bridge the knowledge gap and equip participants with the necessary tools for success in the IoT era.
