State IT and Community Affairs Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu played a key role in the success of Congress candidates in the recent elections. He helped secure a victory for Peddapalli Congress parliamentary candidate Gaddam Vamsi Krishna.
Sridhar Babu, who is an AICC secretary, was given the charge of Peddapalli parliamentary constituency for the Lok Sabha elections. Despite doubts about the Congress party’s chances in Peddapalli, he worked to bring all the MLAs together and garner support from various trade unions.
Meetings were held with AICC leader Rahul Gandhi and CM Revanth Reddy to strategize and ensure support in constituencies like Peddapalli, Ramagundam, Dharmapuri, and others. Despite initial challenges in Warangal SC reserved constituency, Sridhar Babu managed to enhance coordination among leaders.
The results of the elections surprised many, as Congress candidates secured victories in Peddapalli and Warangal. Sridhar Babu himself won his Assembly seat in Manthani by a wide margin. The Congress party’s success in these elections was a sensation.
