Sridhar Babu dismisses Harish’s assertion

The last day of the Telangana Assembly session saw a heated argument between the ruling party and the Opposition BRS party. During a discussion on the Motion of Thanks to the Governor’s address, BRS party MLA T Harish Rao accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of misleading the House. Harish Rao also criticized the ministers who remained silent during their protest against fake encounters and other issues. He mentioned that TRS was responsible for bringing the Congress party to power. In response, Minister Sridhar Babu defended the government’s actions and questioned BRS party’s performance in the 2004 Assembly elections. Harish Rao felt insulted by Sridhar Babu’s comments and mentioned that the Congress leaders remained silent when the CM refused to allocate funds for Telangana.
