Hyderabad: Hyderabad Encourages More Co-Working Spaces for Startups
Hyderabad, known as a hub for startups, is in need of more plug-and-play co-working spaces, according to IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu. On Monday, he inaugurated a new 400-seat co-working center in the city.
The new facility, branded as “Well Work,” was launched by entrepreneur Girish Malpani. This is the second such center in Hyderabad, following another location in Gachibowli. The new workspace was built with an investment of Rs six crore and is designed to help startups save on operational costs and begin their ventures with lower initial expenses.
Minister Sridhar Babu highlighted the importance of such co-working spaces in supporting startups. He also pointed out that setting up these facilities in different parts of the city could help reduce traffic congestion to some extent.
