The annual Sri Tikka Veereshwara Swamy Rathotsavam was celebrated with great devotion and excitement on the night of February 17th. Thousands of devotees from different states gathered to take part in the grand event.
The festival began at midnight, with a grand procession starting from the Sri Tikka Veereshwara Swamy Temple and moving towards the Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple. Devotees eagerly participated by offering Neerajanam (aarti) and performing Kolattam, a traditional stick dance. The entire path of the procession was beautifully lit up with colorful lights, while band music and fireworks added to the festive atmosphere.
One of the main attractions of the festival was the Nandi Kolla Seva, a sacred ritual. In addition, various folk art performances kept the audience entertained. To make the event even more special, expert firework specialists were invited to create a spectacular fireworks display.
People from different states, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra, attended the festival. The celebration was not only a religious event but also a reflection of the region’s rich culture and traditions. The Rathotsavam brought people together in devotion and joy, strengthening their faith in Sri Tikka Veereshwara Swamy.
