    Nagar Kurnool: The Nagar Kurnool District Police organized the Duty Meet – 2024, following the orders of the Telangana State Director General of Police (DGP). This event was led by District Superintendent of Police (SP) Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath.

    As part of the event, police officers from the ranks of Sub-Inspector (SI) to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) participated in a mock crime scene. This was done to test their skills and understanding of crime investigation procedures.

    In addition to the crime scene exercise, the event also included exams on various aspects of the investigation process. There were interviews, computer-based tests, assessments by the Clues Team, and other evaluations for officers ranging from constables to Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs).

    The event also featured a special duty meet with the Dog Squad, which took place at the Police Parade Ground. This portion of the event was conducted under the supervision of AR Additional SP TA Bharat.

    SP Gaikwad Vaibhav highlighted that officers who perform exceptionally well in these tests will have the opportunity to move forward. They can progress from district to zonal levels and eventually reach the state and national levels. Winners of gold, silver, and bronze medals will receive increments in pay as well as prize money.

    The SP emphasized that this event is a rare and valuable opportunity for officers to demonstrate their crime scene investigation talents.
