He also suggested that officers focus on serving the public effectively. He asked them to be available to address public concerns at all times. The SP highlighted the importance of treating everyone who visits the police station with respect and ensuring that equal services are provided to all.

In addition, the SP reminded the officers to stay within the district’s jurisdiction during duty hours and encouraged them to spend quality time with their families when possible. He also stressed the importance of maintaining good health through regular exercise, yoga, meditation, and walking. Discipline, neatness, punctuality, and leadership qualities were also emphasized by the SP.

The SP instructed officers to keep a close watch on rowdies, habitual offenders, and anti-social elements, monitoring their movements carefully. He also directed night patrol officers to check on known offenders and track their activities. Additionally, the SP stressed the need for clear roles and goals among the staff to better serve the public and reduce crime.

He further instructed the staff to update the CCTNS system daily, ensuring that all FIRs, charge sheets, and court disposals were entered online promptly. The SP urged the team to work together to reduce crime and improve the quality of investigations to achieve higher conviction rates.

The SP also emphasized proactive policing. He asked the officers to gather detailed information about the villages and visit them two to three times a week. This, he said, would help them understand public issues and prevent crimes before they happen.

Moreover, the SP emphasized raising public awareness about cybercrimes, drug abuse, and the harmful effects of child marriages. He asked the officers to keep an eye on both old and new offenders in the villages and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
