Film actor Sivakarthikeyan planted saplings as part of the Green India Challenge in Hyderabad. Sivakarthikeyan, who was promoting his new movie “Mahaveerudu,” called upon everyone to join in and plant saplings. He planted a sapling in KBR Park in Banjara Hills on Saturday. Sivakarthikeyan expressed his happiness to be part of the Green India Challenge and appreciated the efforts of Rajya Sabha member J Santosh Kumar who is leading this movement. He emphasized that the challenge helps prevent global warming and gives future generations a chance to survive, urging everyone to participate responsibly. Sivakarthikeyan then passed on the challenge to his friend, musician Anirudh. Head of Asian Cinemas and film producer Jhanvi Narang, along with the founders of the Green India Challenge, also participated in the program.
