    SCCL Chief Emphasizes Hard Work and Efficiency

    Hyderabad/Kothagudem: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Chairman and Managing Director, N. Balaram, has stated that only hardworking employees will have a place in the company. He addressed a review meeting attended by general managers from 11 areas, project officers, and agents from 39 mines. He urged every department head to create a ten-year plan to keep the company strong and competitive in the market.

    During the meeting, Balaram emphasized the need to achieve a daily coal production and transportation target of 2.6 lakh tonnes without compromise. He also instructed that 17 lakh cubic metres of overburden be removed while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Additionally, he urged corporate general managers to speed up pending land acquisitions and environmental clearances for new mines.

    Expressing dissatisfaction with unresolved operational issues, the CMD stressed the importance of improving skill development programs, man-riding systems, and mining infrastructure. He directed corporate general managers to take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure smooth progress on upcoming projects.

    Balaram also made it clear that every employee must complete their full eight-hour work shift and fulfill their responsibilities. He warned that strict action would be taken against those who leave early or misuse muster time. He encouraged employees to reflect on their contributions to the company’s growth and work with dedication.
