Siddharth Kati has taken charge as the Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) of South Central Railway (SCR) on Monday.
According to SCR officials, Kati has worked in the railway sector for over 30 years. He started his career as an assistant personnel officer in the Katihar division of North Frontier Railway. He later served in various roles, including as an assistant personnel officer in the Hyderabad division and a divisional personnel officer in the Secunderabad division of South Central Railway.
In 2023, while working at South Central Railway, Kati played a key role in organizing the Rozgar Mela, a job fair. While working at East Coast Railway as the Principal Head of the Department, he helped sign an agreement between the State Bank of India and East Coast Railway. This agreement provided financial benefits to railway employees and their families.
