Sri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maratha Navyuvak Mandal is organizing a grand Shobha Yatra to celebrate the 395th birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The event will take place on February 19 and will start from Puranapul Shivaji Dwar in Hyderabad.
The Shobha Yatra is being arranged in collaboration with the Sri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maratha Sanskrutik Trust. According to Navyuvak Mandal leader Madan Jadhav, Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma will be the chief guest and will flag off the procession.
The event will begin at 1 pm on Wednesday, and Telangana BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar will also be present during the flag-off ceremony. The procession will end with a public meeting at the Shivaji Statue near Shivaji Park at Imlibun Bus Depot at 4 pm.
