Hyderabad: Union Home Minister Amit Shah criticized corrupt political parties like Congress, BRS, and MIM for not contributing to the development of the country and Telangana. He urged BJP members to aim for winning more than 12 Parliament seats in Telangana during the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking to BJP workers at LB Stadium, Shah highlighted various scams during the UPA regime and challenged Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to address these issues. He also criticized the Congress for their inaction during terrorist attacks supported by Pakistan.
Shah praised the Modi government for taking strong action against terrorism and Naxalism, including conducting surgical strikes in Pakistan. He emphasized the government’s commitment to building the Ram temple in Ayodhya, revoking Article 370, and banning triple talaq to empower women.
The Home Minister commended Prime Minister Modi’s dedication to serving the country and contrasted it with Rahul Gandhi’s frequent absences from duty. Shah criticized BRS and Majlis parties for failing to deliver on their promises and engaging in corruption and dynasty politics.
He highlighted India’s economic growth under Modi’s leadership and outlined various development projects and welfare schemes implemented by the government. Shah expressed confidence that India would become the third-largest economy in the world under Modi’s leadership by 2047. He accused Congress and BRS of prioritizing appeasement politics over the interests of the people.
