    Mohammed Ali Shabbir, Advisor to the Telangana Government (SC, ST, BC & Minorities), assured that the Congress Government is dedicated to fulfilling its promises to various sections of society. Shabbir Ali took office as the Advisor in a simple ceremony at the Dr B R Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat on Saturday.

    The event was attended by Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and Jupally Krishna Rao, Special Representative of Telangana Govt in Delhi Dr Mallu Ravi, Congress party leaders, religious and social organization heads, family members, and others who congratulated him on his appointment.

    Shabbir Ali expressed gratitude to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for appointing him as the Advisor and entrusting him with the responsibility of overseeing the welfare of the SC, ST, BC, and Minorities communities, which make up nearly 85% of the total population in Telangana. He emphasized his commitment to carrying out his duties with fairness and dedication.

    He mentioned his previous role in 2004 as a Cabinet Minister in the Congress Government where he played a crucial part in providing 4% Muslim reservation. This time, he has the opportunity to serve not only the minorities but also the SC, ST, and BC communities. He promised to use his experience and expertise to ensure the welfare of all four communities.
