Former Minister Mohammed Ali Shabbir, now an Advisor to the Telangana Government for SC, ST, BC & Minorities, announced that the State government has decided to allow hotels, shops, and other establishments in Greater Hyderabad to remain open until 4 am every day during the holy month of Ramadan. This decision was made following the instructions of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.

Shabbir Ali made this announcement at the State Government’s Dawat-e-Iftar event held at LB Stadium. He informed the audience that the Chief Minister had directed Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari to issue the necessary orders on the same night. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for listening to the requests of traders, hoteliers, and others, Shabbir Ali stated that permission has been granted for establishments to operate round-the-clock during Ramadan until Sahar time (4 am) throughout the month.

This move is aimed at accommodating the needs of the Muslim community during their fasting period and allowing businesses to cater to their customers during late hours. By extending the opening hours of these establishments, the government hopes to provide convenience and support to both businesses and customers during this important religious period.
