Mohammed Ali Shabbir, an advisor to the Telangana government and a senior Congress leader, has announced that the Congress manifesto ‘Nyay Patra’ aims to provide justice to minorities and oppressed classes in India. He stated that if the Congress party wins the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, they will focus on empowering BCs, Dalits, Adivasis, and minorities.

In a statement to the media on Tuesday, Shabbir Ali highlighted that the Congress manifesto promises equal development for all sections of society. He mentioned key commitments such as a nationwide socio-economic and caste census, a Constitutional amendment to increase the reservation cap for SC, ST, and OBC communities, and a 10% quota for Economically Weaker Sections in jobs and education.
