Several MLAs in Hyderabad achieve a hattrick of victories

Many MLAs from Hyderabad have won the elections for the third time, including several BRS MLAs and the lone BJP MLA. These MLAs have been aspiring to win three consecutive times to enter the Assembly. Some of the BRS MLAs who have achieved this feat are Talasani Srinivas Yadav, T Padma Rao Goud, KP Vivekanand, Arikepudi Gandhi, Maganti Gopinath, G Mahipal Reddy, T Prakash Goud, and Kale Yadaiah. They have been winning since 2014. AIMIM MLAs have also been successful in winning multiple times, with Akbaruddin Owaisi, Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala, Kausar Moinuddin, and Jaffar Hussain Meraj winning four to five times. Balala has been elected four times. The lone BJP MLA T Raja Singh has also won for the third time. In the 2018 Assembly elections, the BJP won only one seat in Goshamahal, which remains their only seat in the city.
