Despite the rise of young leaders in the state Congress unit, Ponnalla and Jana Reddy maintained a good relationship.
During their one-hour-long meeting, Ponnalla and Jana Reddy assessed the prospects of Congress in Telangana. It is worth noting that both leaders were defeated in the last assembly election. Despite being senior leaders in the party, they have not been given significant positions since Congress’s consecutive defeats in the 2018 assembly election.
