    Hyderabad: A two-day sports event for Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constables (SCTPCs) was organized by the CAR Headquarters, Cyberabad, and ended on Wednesday.

    A total of 270 SCTPCs took part in various sports activities, including athletics, volleyball, football, and tug-of-war. In the athletics category, events such as the 100 meters, 400 meters, and javelin throw were included. The participants showcased excellent teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

    Joint Commissioner D. Joel Davis gave awards to the winners. He mentioned that the goal of the sports meet was to promote team spirit, sportsmanship, and the overall mental and physical fitness of the trainees, as part of their training process.

    Other officials, including CTC Principal DCP L.C. Naik, Vice Principal Ramachandrudu, CAR Headquarters ADCP Shameer, CSW ADCP Srinivas, ACP Gangaram, and RI Jangaiah, were also present at the event.
