Hyderabad: The South Central Railway (SCR) has requested passengers to use the helpline number “139” for any travel-related assistance or complaints. This number, known as the Rail Madad Help Line, is now the single point of contact for all railway-related issues.
SCR officials explained that previously, there were different helpline numbers for various types of grievances and inquiries. By integrating everything into one number, it will make things easier and more convenient for passengers.
