Security checks for civilians have resumed on Cantonment Roads in Hyderabad. Local Military Authorities (LMA) are checking vehicles and IDs of civilians before allowing them to proceed. However, some daily commuters are facing difficulties due to partially closed lanes gates, hindering their movement.

The checks are taking place at Trinity Church, Bolarum, Protnee Road, Eagle Chowk Roads, and Balaji Road in Yapral, both during the day and at night. Civilians are being permitted to pass only after their ID proofs have been verified.

One daily commuter, Manoj Kumar Surana, mentioned that security checks have been in place for about a week now, a situation that has occurred previously as well. Another commuter expressed frustration over the sudden resumption of checks without prior warning or public advisory from the LMA.
