    Saudi road accident claims lives of two Hyderabad students

    Three students from Hyderabad were in a car accident in Dammam on Tuesday night. Two of them passed away and one is seriously injured and being treated at the hospital. The students were from the Indian International School in Dammam. Ibrahim Azhar and Hasan Riaz, in classes 9 and 11 respectively, died in the accident, while Ibrahim’s younger brother Ammar, in class 8, was critically injured. The car crashed into a tree on the roadside.

    Ibrahim and Ammar are brothers and their father, Mohammed Azhar, is also from Hyderabad. Hasan’s father is Mohammed Yousuf Riyaz, and they were neighbors in Dammam. Nass Vokkam, an Indian social worker, is helping coordinate with authorities to complete legal formalities and arrange for the last rites of the victims.
