A two-day music and cultural festival called SATRANG 2024 was organized by Badruka College of Commerce and Arts in Hyderabad. The event kicked off on Friday with an opening ceremony attended by chief guests Alekhya Punjala and Phaneendra Madupu.
The festival’s theme was “Colorama” and aimed to showcase India’s vibrant culture and diversity. More than 100 students from different colleges in the city took part in various colorful activities, including dance performances and fine arts like sketching and quilling.
Dr. P Venkataiah, the Vice Principal of Badruka College and the Fest’s Convenor, mentioned that this was the first time such an event was being organized. SATRANG 2024 celebrates India’s rich culture, highlighting the fusion of different cultures and honoring the nation’s diversity.
The second day of the festival will start at 10 am and run until 6 pm, with the goal of encouraging students to engage in cultural activities.
