Khammam: A tragic incident took place in Patkari Gudem, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam district. Three members of a family committed suicide by setting themselves on fire in a mango orchard in Patkari Gudem. The incident took place in one family who were living in the orchard. The mother and daughter died due to burn injuries, while the father sustained critical injuries. The police, upon receiving the information, rushed to the scene and took control of the bodies. The deceased were identified as Krishnaiah and Suhasini’s daughter.
It was reported that Suhasini had been suffering from ill health for a long time, which caused distress to the family and led them to commit suicide together. The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
