BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao stated that leaders should stick to their principles despite the ups and downs in politics. He made these remarks during BSP leader RS Praveen Kumar’s joining of the party at Rao’s farmhouse.
Rao reminisced about the challenges he faced during the Telangana agitation and emphasized the importance of staying committed to the cause. He encouraged young leaders to stay true to their values and strive to become effective leaders by the next elections.
Rao highlighted the need for unity among Dalits, noting that if 20% of them come together, they can achieve anything. He also stressed the importance of raising awareness among Dalits, citing attacks on them from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
RS Praveen Kumar expressed his commitment to adding the Bahujan voice to the Telangana voice. He mentioned facing pressure to cancel the alliance but affirmed his determination to stand by his words, much like Rao.
Praveen Kumar also addressed attempts by CM Revanth Reddy to intimidate him, stating that he will not be swayed and will continue to promote the Bahujan voice tirelessly.
