The Minister attended a swearing-in ceremony for Kadem Lingamurthy, a senior Congress leader and member of the TPCC executive, who was appointed as chairman of the Siddipet Grandhalaya Samstha. Ponnam Prabhakar congratulated Lingamurthy on his new role.

During the event, the Minister announced plans to bring the Young India Integrated Residential School Complex (YIIRC) to Siddipet, Gazwel, and Dubakka in the second phase. He stressed that the government must operate transparently, especially in managing libraries, and emphasized the need to gather information that could help the unemployed find jobs.

Ponnam Prabhakar also mentioned that new chairmen would be appointed wherever needed, with the aim of improving employment rates in the district. He urged that Siddipet should lead Telangana in job creation through various government exams.

He assured the public that the government was working hard to ensure administration is smooth and that citizens do not have to rely on previous authorities. If anyone faces problems, he encouraged them to report their issues to the officials. Despite facing an economic crisis, he reassured that the government was fulfilling all its promises, including ongoing talks about loan waivers in four phases.

The Minister also highlighted that the government had cleared Rs 100 crore in rent arrears for Gurukulas on Wednesday. He acknowledged that fee reimbursements, amounting to hundreds of crores, were still pending but promised that they would be paid soon.

Ponnam Prabhakar warned that if any programs are organized to intentionally disrupt the government, strict action would follow. He emphasized that the responsibility to clear dues lies with the government, and if colleges suspend classes, legal action would be taken. He further announced that teacher appointments had begun and that the DSC had been completed. Additionally, 29 schools will have YIIRCs this year with an investment of Rs 5,000 crore.

The Minister also expressed concern over the conditions that had led to suicides of sarpanches during his tenure.

Several prominent individuals, including Siddipet DCC president Tunkunta Narsa Reddy, Congress in-charges for Siddipet and Dubakka Poojala Harikrishna and Cheruku Srinivas Reddy, additional collector Srinivas Reddy, and other party leaders and officials, were present at the event.
