    The Rotary Club of Hyderabad Midtown held their 42nd Installation Ceremony at Country Club, Begumpet. The event was attended by District Governor 3150 K Sharath Choudary and First Lady Sahiti. Retired IAS Officer Dr. Daphne Margaret de Rebello was the Chief Guest.

    Amardeep Singh took over as the new President of the club, with Hajira Adeeb as Secretary. In his speech, President Amardeep Singh thanked the Immediate Past President, Nidhi Anand, for her great work. He committed to increasing club membership and continuing sustainable community development projects under this year’s theme, ‘Magic of Rotary.’

    Retired IAS Officer Dr. Daphne Margaret appreciated the social service projects done by the club and congratulated the new President and Secretary.

    Deputy Governor Seetha Vuppala welcomed two new members, Sidharth Vijai and Jyoti Chhabaria, into the club.

    District Governor Sharath Choudary highlighted the importance of sustainable projects that benefit the community in the long run.

    Girija Sampath announced scholarships for an underprivileged girl and a donation to a home for the mentally challenged. Seema Kumar and Prem Kumar announced the donation of an advanced sewing machine to someone in need. Vijaylaxmi Shekhawat announced food contributions to an old age home.

    Club Mentor Vijaylaxmi Shekhawat, Charter Member PSN Prasad, and senior member Sharad Koratkar were honored by President Amardeep and Secretary Hajira.

    Secretary Hajira Adeeb concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
