In Hyderabad, a statement from BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao claiming that 20 Congress MLAs were in contact with him and that the BJP would bring down the Congress government in the state after the Lok Sabha elections sparked a dispute between the pink party and the Congress party.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, speaking at a meeting during a roadshow in Medak, emphasized that he was not like other politicians. He warned KCR against trying to poach Congress MLAs, stating that it would not be easy. Revanth also criticized the condition of KCR’s car and accused him of trying to lure away Congress leaders.
Revanth questioned BJP and BRS candidates in Medak about their performance in their previous roles and their qualifications for running in the election. He specifically called out Venkatarami Reddy for allegedly accumulating wealth improperly and unfairly obtaining a ticket to run for office.
The Chief Minister promised to fulfill a key pledge of loan waiver by Independence Day, vowing to follow through on his commitment. He also highlighted the historical significance of Medak for the Congress party and criticized the lack of progress made by BJP and BRS in the constituency over the past 25 years.
Overall, Revanth Reddy emphasized the importance of voting thoughtfully and urged voters to consider the impact of their choices on the future development of Medak.
