The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has announced a rally called ‘Chalo Raj Bhavan’ to be held on December 18. This event is part of the All India Congress Committee’s (AICC) nationwide campaign against what it describes as corruption and inaction by the BJP-led NDA government. The focus of the campaign is on allegations involving industrialist Gautam Adani.

The rally will be led by TPCC Chief A. Revanth Reddy, along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, other ministers, MLAs, and MLCs. It is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. from the Indira Gandhi statue on Necklace Road and will proceed to Raj Bhavan.

The TPCC has accused the NDA government of turning a blind eye to alleged financial irregularities by Gautam Adani and his group, claiming this amounts to “officially allowing corruption.” As part of its efforts, the Congress party will hold events across India on December 18 to raise public awareness about these issues.

In Telangana, the rally will also draw attention to the Union government’s failure to restore peace and stability in Manipur. TPCC leaders criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not visiting the troubled region despite the ongoing crisis.

Additionally, the TPCC pointed to financial irregularities linked to Adani in the United States, which they claim have tarnished India’s global reputation. These concerns will also be highlighted during the rally.
