TPCC chief Revanth Reddy responded to a tweet from Minister KTR, where KTR said that the Congress bus yatra would be useless. Revanth Reddy called KTR’s comments insulting and said that he was only resorting to counter attacks.
Revanth Reddy claimed that it was the Congress party that announced the Tribal University, Bayyaram steel factory, and ITIR project for Telangana. He accused KCR of failing to implement these projects and not even demanding the center to fulfill its promises. Revanth Reddy blamed BJP and BRS for colluding and stopping the three projects.
The TPCC president stated that the people have decided to end KCR’s rule because he couldn’t fight for the projects mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh bifurcation act.
Earlier, Revanth Reddy met Singareni workers in Bhupalapalli and addressed their concerns. He criticized the ruling BRS government for neglecting the workers’ sacrifices and delaying the resolution of their problems. He promised to solve these problems if Congress comes to power.
