    Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy of Hyderabad stated that his ministers are capable of efficiently running the state administration. He dismissed the idea of expanding the Cabinet and mentioned plans to meet with PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to request more funds.

    During a press conference, Revanth Reddy addressed rumors about MLC T Jeevan Reddy becoming Education Minister, stating that there has been no discussion about it. He emphasized that all departments have ministers and highlighted his own work as Minister for Education. He praised his team of 12 ministers for their competence and coordination, comparing their performance to other states.

    The purpose of Revanth Reddy’s recent visit to Delhi was to secure funds and permissions for development projects in Telangana. He highlighted the productive discussions held with Union Ministers in preparation for the upcoming budget presentation. The Chief Minister expressed a desire to collaborate with the Centre for the state’s progress.

    Regarding defections within the state, Revanth Reddy criticized BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao for attempting to destabilize the elected government. He emphasized the need to address pending issues with Andhra Pradesh and praised Jeevan Reddy for remaining loyal to the Congress amidst challenges from rivals.

    Revanth Reddy assured that he is willing to work under the new TPCC chief appointed by the Congress. He acknowledged the success of the Congress during his tenure and expressed readiness to support the new leadership for continued progress.
