MLA Inspects Venue for Chief Minister’s Visit to Peddapally
Peddapally: MLA Chintakunta Vijayaramana Rao and District Collector Koya Sri Harsha visited the outskirts of Rangamappalli-Peddakalvala on Wednesday to inspect a ground near the Integrated District Collectorate. The site was reviewed as a possible venue for a public meeting during Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s visit to Peddapally on December 4.
The MLA emphasized the need to clean and prepare the venue ahead of the Chief Minister’s event. He shared that a team from Hyderabad would arrive on Thursday morning to set up the stage. The event, titled the “Praja Palana Vijayotsava” or Public Governance Victory Meeting, will focus on addressing unemployed youths in the district.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is expected to distribute job appointment letters to 9,000 candidates who successfully cleared Group-4 and other competitive examinations. The MLA described the occasion as a significant moment for the district and stressed the importance of making thorough preparations.
The site on the outskirts of Rangamappalli-Peddakalvala was deemed suitable for the event due to its spaciousness. Vijayaramana Rao urged district officials to ensure all arrangements are in place for the Chief Minister’s visit, calling for vigilance and teamwork to ensure the success of the program.
Several officials and local leaders were present during the inspection. Notable attendees included Peddapally Revenue Division Officer B. Gangaiah, Municipal Commissioner Venkatesh, Tahsildar Raj Kumar, EE R&B Bhav Singh, and Electricity Department officials. Congress leaders, town councillors, party activists, and other stakeholders also participated in the preparations.
